Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide prompt technical support via email, phone, or chat to address inquiries and troubleshoot issues
Diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions
Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products or services to assist clients with accuracy
Create helpful documentation like FAQs and troubleshooting guides for customer self-service
Collaborate with teams across the organization to resolve issues and enhance products based on customer feedback
Qualifications:
A graduate of any 4year course
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
Managerial experience is an advantage
Training background is an advantage
Above-average English communication skills
