Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field

Job Responsibilities:

Handle non-voice tasks such as data entry, email handling, and transaction processing
Coordinate shipping and logistics documentation
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and partner information
Support internal teams with reporting and logistics updates
