Service and Showroom Supervisor

1. Plan, prioritize, organize, communicate, lead, and ensure work is done properly and consistently by
the team for the service center, the showroom hub operations, if in the same location.
2. Coordinate with all functional area key personnel, including management, to ensure alignment.
Act also as the first level of escalation in dealing with customers, visitors, staff, and other parties.
3. Ensure compliance with the standards, vision, mission, core values processes as mandated by Management.
4. Provide accurate and regular reports on operations, customer feedback, sales trends, staff productivity, inventory situation, and other significant information in a timely manner, as required.
5. Other tasks may from time to time be assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Excellent knowledge of store management, working experience with relevant ERP software, strong communication skills, organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and strategic problem-solving.
2. Skills in leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution.
3. With at least 2 years of work experience as a supervisor in the same field.
4. At least 3 years of proven experience in customer-facing positions such as sales or customer service representative.
5. At least 3 years of proven experience in after-sales management for any consumer
brand.
6. With Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field.
7. Willing to work from Monday-Saturday (8AM-5PM).
