Job Description
-Managing and arranging permits required for technical operation and deliveries
-Scouting for prospective space for lease
-Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
-Review and analyze the Lease Proposals
-Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company’s requirements and demands.
-Arrange and filling of Lease of Contracts
-Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal.
Qaulifications:
-Graduate of any 4-year course
-Female/Male
-20 to 35 years old
-Leasing Officer experience is REQUIRED
