About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to build and nurture client relationships while driving new business opportunities. This remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, is passionate about industrial sales, and enjoys connecting with customers to deliver value-added solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with distributors, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular meetings and a deep understanding of their business needs.
Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to drive indirect sales.
Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, providing regular performance updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and visit reports in the company CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Data Communications, or Instrumentation).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
Familiarity with industries such as Process, Energy, Machinery, Factory Automation, or Transportation.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Willingness to travel as required.
