Job Description
-Assist in conducting time and motion studies to analyze workflows and identify areas of improvement.
-Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
-Assist in data gathering, analysis, and reporting of production and operational metrics.
-Help in designing layouts or modifying workstation arrangements to improve efficiency.
-Participate in documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Perform other duties as assigned related to engineering or operations support.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge in AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
