Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Manage Employee/Labor Relations and its due process. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries; and addressing concerns.
Policy Implementation: Assist Operations in the enforcement of HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
Performance Management: Monitor employee performance coordination with front line operations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, and compliance documentation.
Benefits Administration: monitoring HMO, group life insurance, and other company-initiated benefits
Events Management: Assist in planning events such as Team Building, Year End Parties, Employee Orientation, CSR and other of corporate events when necessary.
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, with demonstrated expertise in benefits administration and employee relations
Experience in a BPO set-up
Systems: Sharepoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Fluent in English and Filipino (written and verbal); other languages are an advantage
