Job Description
Recording location of inventory.
Control the issuance of all owner supplied items (OSI) based on the site requirement as per BOQ.
Coordinate all the release of all OSI and schedule the delivery.
Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
Maintain and safekeep all receiving and issuance record per site project.
Maintains inventory record per site project to be used in reconciliation during project Close Out and Project Billing.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing
Knowledgeable in MS office applications especially MS Excel for creating and maintaining inventories and lists
Be able to be flexible with schedules, cope with and resolve ever-changing project goals and issues and manage a large team effectively in high-pressure situations.
Amenable to work on site
Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudinal Competence
Strong understanding of warehousing process and standards
Ability to effectively collaborate with others to reach mutually agreeable outcomes
Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills
