Job Description

Qualifications:
Graduate in Industrial Engineering or any 4-year course/equivalent.
Data Analysis and forecasting
Mathematical aptitude
Excel proficiency
Understanding of supply chain principles
Problem-solving skills
Attention to details

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and databases
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report findings
Assist with organization and storage of inventory items
Prepare inventory reports for management
Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory needs
Implement and follow inventory control procedures
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Salary range
Daily rate (minimum wage) or Negotiable

Work location
San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm
