Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposals and Contracts Specialist to support our team in preparing pre-qualifications, proposals, and contracts, ensuring timely submission in both print and digital formats. This role involves close collaboration with Client Engagement Managers, Studio Project Managers, Corporate Communications, Business Administration, and various subconsultants. You’ll report to the Proposals/Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Client Engagement Managers, Studio PMs, Corporate Communications, and subconsultants to coordinate proposal and contract preparation.
• Collaborate with legal consultants on contract reviews and finalization.
• Maintain checklists and references for proposal preparation, including key client fees, subconsultant agreements, and proposal templates.
• Support various marketing and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of project typologies, scopes of services, and deliverables in architecture, interior design, EGD, and VDC.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract-related processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Positive, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 preferred).
• Ability to handle confidential matters related to clients, projects, and fees.
• Understanding of corporate branding in both image and behavior.
