QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent fluency in the English language
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support
- 6 months of experience in phone, email, and chat support
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft and CRM tools
- Professional, detail-oriented and driven
