Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
Licensed Food Technologist (if applicable)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant R&D experience in any of the following food industry
segments: sauces and syrups (1), ice cream (1), baking/pastry (1), or beverages (1).
Strong background in product development, formulation, and sensory evaluation
Knowledgeable in food safety regulations and quality control standards
Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve technical problems in product development
Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
