Job Description
We’re looking for a TikTok-savvy e-commerce professional to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of our TikTok Shop. This is a hands-on role focused on building a strong presence on the platform, driving sales through engaging content, and turning TikTok into a primary revenue channel.
As TikTok Shop Lead, you’ll take full ownership of the strategy, content execution, influencer partnerships, and day-to-day shop management. You’ll be joining at an early stage, so your impact will directly shape the brand’s social commerce success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a full-funnel TikTok Shop strategy—from awareness to conversion.
Set performance targets and use data to optimize content and shop performance.
Stay on top of TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Content & Campaigns
Lead the planning and production of engaging, product-driven TikTok content.
Collaborate with content creators or influencers for campaigns and UGC-style content.
Manage the publishing calendar and ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Shop Operations
Oversee TikTok Shop backend: product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and fulfillment coordination.
Work closely with logistics and customer service to ensure smooth transactions and buyer satisfaction.
Monitor reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve product presentation and service.
Performance & Reporting
Track performance metrics (e.g. views, clicks, conversions, ROAS) using TikTok’s tools and other analytics platforms.
Report insights regularly to the team and adjust strategies based on results.
Test new content formats, ad placements, or creator partnerships to improve results.
Qualifications
Experience running or managing a TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platform.
Strong understanding of TikTok content, audience behavior, and influencer dynamics.
Background in digital marketing, content creation, or e-commerce operations.
Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Creator Marketplace, and Shop backend tools.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a mix of creative and analytical work.
