Inventory Officer

Maintain an efficient flow of merchandise which involve storing, locating and distributing stock depending on the specific needs
Fill orders by locating stored items and arranging for their delivery to customers.
Monitor stock movement
Responsible for the Preparation of the Receiving Report of suppliers delivery based on the approved Purchase Order and Suppliers Delivery Receipts
Responsible for the preparation of Requisition Forms to order additional warehouse inventoriable supplies
Responsible for the preparation of the Daily inventory Sheet (Manual & Computerized)
Supervise in maintaining accurate inventory records
Supervise in monitoring and managing inventory control
Supervise in organizing and maintaining records of inventories up to date
Responsible for recording and Safekeeping all important documents relative to inventory
Responsible for conducting a daily counting for the products or items that were delivered on the same day and shall make sure that inventory of the day is balance
