Job Description
Perform full-cycle monthly accounting for multiple clients
Conduct daily bank reconciliations and post journal entries
Review expense accounts, income statements, and balance sheets
Prepare and file sales, use, and occupancy tax returns
Respond to client inquiries and provide expert financial support
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting + 2+ years of experience
GAAP knowledge and proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, Excel, SAP, or similar
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote team
Bonus if you have experience with multiple entities or in hospitality accounting
Schedule & Work Setup:
Fixed night shift: 10 PM – 7 AM (local time)
Must be available to communicate between 9–11 AM EST
Work from home setup with company-provided equipment
