Job Description

Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a vibrant Customer Service Representative to join our team.

If you’re a high school or ALS graduate, have at least 6 months of BPO voice experience, and are excited to work on-site during night shifts, this opportunity is for you!

Your Key Responsibilities
- Help customers with their home listing inquiries through voice support.
- Give clear, helpful, and friendly answers in every interaction.
- Work closely with the team to make sure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

Needed Qualifications
- At least 6 months of call center (voice) experience
- High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS graduate
- Willing to work night shifts and onsite in Cubao
- Resides within NCR or nearby areas like Rizal/Antipolo
- Can start right away
