Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with Product Manager for the timely execution of lead generation activities
• Suggests lead generation activities
• Discusses the monthly and weekly targeting with AS/Team Leader (TL)/Department Head (DH) through regular portfolio review
• Provides analysis of portfolio for forecast management
• Assists AS on negotiation and/or handling of difficult clients
• Approves accounts for handling to Property Operation Department (POD)
• Reviews and recommends resolution proposals to DH
• Reviews and approves the Know Your Client clearance and clearance to close of accounts
• Endorses to proper approving authorities (CUAD, Legal, Compliance) any waiver or special approval on documentation requirements
• Performs quality check on activities done by AS, TL and other staff
• Monitors submission of periodic reports and checks the reports
• Monitors attendance of team
• Discusses updates on policies, processes, guidelines
• Handles issues and provides solution
• Conducts trainings
• Identifies and suggests programs and trainings for growth and development of teams
• Interviews applicants
• Discusses HR policies and monitors compliance to HR policies
• Prepares performance evaluation of all subordinates and own appraisal
• Recommends in hiring decisions, promotions and terminations
• Assists in the preparation and updates of PPG and disseminates PPG to teams
• Reviews and suggests process improvements
• Updates daily own capacity report, prepares and submits monthly own capacity summary report, reviews/analyzes team capacity report
• Prepares/reviews Key Result Area (KRA) Reports
o Assists the team on inquiries of clients
o Reviews and signs letter replies

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of four year course preferably in Finance or Business Management / Administration
• Further studies a plus but not required
• At least five (5) years work related experience in banking / business / finance / mortgage business
• At least three (3) years managerial experience
Salary:
₱100,000.00 Monthly
