Job Description
-Review applications and screen candidates
-Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
-Create job listings and post them online
-Maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database
-Assist candidates during the interview process, answering questions and providing them with key materials.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
