Job Description
Maintain efficiency and adequacy of equipment.
Prepare and monitor the budget for operations and maintenance against actual expenditures.
Ensure accurate billing and collection.
Ensure strict compliance of the property with all government requirements.
Attend to customers’ inquiries, requests and concerns.
Attend to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always given.
Ensure proper implementation of safety and security policies of the property.
