-Develop and execute specialized talent attraction strategies
-Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers by understanding workforce plans, advising on market talent availability, and aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
-Champion the use of data and recruitment metrics to inform hiring decisions, improve hiring funnel efficiency, and influence business strategies.
-Facilitate a seamless and engaging candidate experience, while also enabling a consistent and informed hiring manager journey.
-Stay informed on industry trends, talent movement, and competitor intelligence to proactively identify recruitment risks and opportunities.
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition processes, tools, and candidate outreach strategies.
