Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer to join our data engineering team. The role involves building and optimizing ETL pipelines, migrating jobs across big data platforms, and delivering actionable insights via reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate has strong experience with SQL, data transformation, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance ETL jobs following best practices and Spark configuration balancing

Convert and migrate ETL jobs between big data platforms

Integrate source data into multiple targets: databases, file extracts, streaming platforms

Stay updated with the latest big data ETL trends and technologies

Troubleshoot, test, and validate ETL data mappings before implementation

Generate ad hoc and scheduled reports and dashboards for business analysis

Lead report rationalization including data mapping, source identification, and source table alignment

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and discuss dashboard enhancements

Promote process simplification, automation, and self-service analytics

Conduct post-mortem analyses for product or campaign success evaluation

Provide support for big data-related issues across enterprise data systems

Job Qualifications

Must-Have:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related course (Non-negotiable)

At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, report development, and ETL design (Non-negotiable)

Experience working with visualization tools: PowerBI, Looker, and Tableau (Non-negotiable)

Strong proficiency in SQL (Non-negotiable)

No employment gap longer than six months (Non-negotiable)
