Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Affiliate Manager with a solid background in finance—specifically in accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR)—and a working knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies. This unique hybrid role will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships while also supporting key financial operations using Xero. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and comfortable navigating both performance-driven marketing and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and revenue.
Track affiliate performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Prepare and encode monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements using Xero.
Update daily and monthly cash position reports.
Monitor, record, and reconcile business expenses and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate and timely financial reports for internal use.
Support AP/AR processes and assist in financial documentation.
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align goals and strategies.
Ensure compliance with affiliate terms and maintain ethical practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in affiliate marketing and finance roles.
Proficient in Xero accounting software and financial reporting.
Familiarity with AP/AR tasks, cash flow monitoring, and expense reconciliation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.
