We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and hands-on Trade Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful trade, brand, and event marketing initiatives across the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in consumer electronics, appliances, and audio products, and will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, retail marketing execution, and customer engagement through a variety of marketing touchpoints.

This role requires a doer’s mindset, with the ability to strategize, manage, and execute both large-scale marketing events and day-to-day brand activities, including company anniversaries, trade activations, and e-commerce campaigns. The Trade Marketing Manager will be expected to motivate and lead a small team, manage external vendors, and ensure timely and successful roll-out of initiatives across traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic trade marketing plans to support brand growth and retail performance.
Plan, lead, and execute nationwide trade and brand events, including store activations, dealer conventions, mall events, and company anniversaries.
Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing events, from conceptualization to on-ground implementation, ensuring timely delivery and ROI.
Lead creative marketing campaigns that drive in-store traffic, awareness, and conversion across physical and digital channels.
Work closely with sales, product, and digital teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Develop effective e-commerce marketing initiatives in collaboration with key platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.).
Manage brand assets, ensure consistent brand messaging, and monitor campaign effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Monitor competitor and market trends to inform proactive campaign strategies.
Serve as a hands-on leader during events and activations, with the ability to oversee logistics, execution, and on-site troubleshooting.
Travel as needed to strategic retail and event locations within Metro Manila and key provincial cities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, with a strong background in consumer electronics, appliances, or audio brands.
Proven experience in:
Launching brands and executing brand campaigns
Trade and retail events
Managing company anniversary events or large-scale corporate events
Digital and e-commerce marketing strategies
Must be highly creative, execution-focused, and able to work across different marketing disciplines.
Demonstrated leadership skills in a managerial capacity, including people management and team motivation.
Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Willing and able to work onsite in Arca South, Taguig City, with occasional travel to key cities for marketing events and retail activations.
Salary:
₱80,000.00 Monthly
