Job Description
work schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with one Saturday (every last Saturday of the month)
work location:Kapitolyo, Pasig City

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech startup or fast-growth company.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing or supporting recruiting and onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with HRIS
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
