Job Description
Examining teeth, gums, and related tissues using dental instruments and diagnostic equipment like X-rays to identify problems.
Performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and applying sealants or whitening agents.
Providing advice and education on oral hygiene, including brushing, flossing, and the use of fluoride.
Making dentures, bridges, and other appliances to restore or replace damaged or missing teeth.
Writing prescriptions for antibiotics or other medications to treat dental infections or manage pain.
Keeping accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
Collaborating with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
Continuing their education to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.
Promoting Overall HealthEducating patients on the link between oral health and overall well-being.
Dentist with Orthodontics specialization or experience.
