Fresher - Customer Service Representative (Non-voice/Voice)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers over the phone to help answer questions or solve concerns
- Keep records of customer interactions in a clear and simple way
- Make sure each customer feels heard, supported, and valued

Needed Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or SHS Graduate (New Curriculum)
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Can work on a shifting schedule
- Residing within Metro Manila
- Open to college undergraduates or fresh graduates
- No experience needed – we welcome freshers!
