Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping others and delivering a great customer experience. As a CSR, you will handle inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Assist with orders, returns, and account updates

Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate when necessary

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

Good to excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

At least a Senior High School graduate (college-level or graduates are an advantage)

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Strong active listening and interpersonal skills

Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating systems, using email/chat tools)

Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is a plus, but not required
