Senior Production Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Officer to join our dynamic team at Smart Masonry Philippines, Inc. This full-time position is based in Porac, Pampanga and will play a crucial role in overseeing the production, planning and scheduling processes within our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing production plans to meet sales and inventory targets

Coordinating the scheduling of production activities to optimise workflow and resource utilisation

Overseeing the day-to-day production operations, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise

Analysing production data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements

Collaborating with the procurement, logistics and quality assurance teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and the delivery of high-quality products

Providing training and guidance to production staff to maintain and enhance their skills

Reporting on production performance and providing recommendations to management

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production, planning or scheduling role within the manufacturing industry

Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling principles, as well as lean manufacturing concepts

Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels

Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement

Must be knowledgeable in hollow block production and it's entire process, from raw material selection and mixing to molding, curing, and quality control
