Job Description
Business Analyst
Location: BGC Taguig City
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Set up: Fulltime onsite reporting
Salary: 60,000
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience as a BA in consulting/IT services.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI-led transformation use cases is a plus.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and move with urgency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with sales, pre-sales, and customer teams to document use cases, business context, and transformation needs.
• Support the creation of SoWs, discovery briefs, and executive updates.
• Coordinate between internal teams and customer stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Support metric tracking and post-engagement reporting for leadership visibility.
