Job Description
Program Coordinator
Location: BGC Taguig City
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Set up: Fulltime onsite reporting
Salary: 40,000
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in a program coordination or EA-type role.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Asana, or Google Sheets preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative and coordination support across key initiatives under our Sales GTM
•Track action items, workshops, follow-ups, and meeting notes across accounts.
•Maintain reporting dashboards, trackers, and progress logs for leadership use.
•Serve as the anchor for internal coordination and external communication follow-through.
