Job Description

Direct Hiring! Nityo infotech Services Philippines is currently looking for:

CAD Certified ServiceNow Developer - 3 Slots Available

Location: Makati City
Schedule: M-F (Permanent Night Shift)
Set up: Hybrid reporting - 2x per week
Salary: up to 130,000

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• CAD-Certified or at least CSA-Certified
• Experienced with Client and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS
• Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, ServiceNow API architecture, Rest Integrations, and Scripted REST API development.
• Advanced Work Assignment Module (Setting up channels, queues, assignment rules, handling agent presence and capacity)
• Service Portal Architecture (Creation of portals, pages, widgets, etc.)
• Creating custom logic using AngularJS
