Import and Export Specialist (With Transportation Allowance)

Position: IMPEX Associate
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Calamba, Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 am – 5:00pm)
Salary: Php18,000-Php20,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ College Degree
✨ With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in Import and Export
✨ With experience working in Manufacturing company is an advantage
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Prepare shipping documentation
✨ Prepare and process IMPEX documents at PEZA/BOC office
✨ Sending documents to customers, brokers, and forwarders.
✨ Monitor shipments
✨ Assist in loading and unloading of import/export shipments
✨Monitor PEZA reports
✨ Maintain orderliness, cleanliness and housekeeping of the company
✨Ensure compliance to all guidelines and procedures
✨Report abnormal findings at procurement
✨Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
