Job Description

Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, or events.

Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to evaluate potential customers’ energy needs and explain solar energy products and services.

Present customized solar proposals and financing options to prospective clients using software tools and performance models.

Close sales through effective negotiation, customer engagement, and follow-up strategies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, tax incentives, financing options, and local regulations.

Collaborate with engineering, installation, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience post-sale.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and industry conferences as required.
