Job Description
Required Experience:
・Basic English communication skills (especially written English)
・No experience required – open to fresh graduates or those without work history (Previous internship or part-time experience in customer service or admin)
・Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service in a supply chain and procurement solutions company.
・Willing to work in a small company
・Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
・Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, file organization)
・Strong English speaking and listening skills are highly preferred.
・Interest in international trade or global communication
・A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
・Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Responsibilities:
・Bachelor's degree holder
・Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
・Coordinate with HQ and other regional offices
・Assist with export/import processes and basic documentation (supply chain and procurement solutions)
・Communicate effectively with internal teams
・Work closely with a Malaysia-based Filipino CS Supervisor for handover and training
・English is the common language in the company, so you’ll be using it daily!
