Job Description
1. Work closely with development and software users
2. Perform post release testing result and support users
3. Ability to completely understand the test case scenarios and surface support pitfalls
4. Make sound recommendation to improve the use of software
Qualifications:
Must be Bachelors degree holder
Experience with one or more of the following: SQL queries and scripting, IT infrastructure, Ticketing System
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Team Leader/Test Lead (has leadership experience)
Knowledge/exposure of Test Script
Experience with Application support / Incident Management
Background in SQL (Database Scripting)
Background in communicating with vendor/front users.
Willing to do production support for client/user.
