Job Description
Nature Of the Account: Medical Device
Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cebu)
Type of Support: Voice
Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cebu)
Shift Schedule | Restdays: US Business hours; Follows US holidays
Educational Requirement: College Graduates only (preferably in the Engineering, Computer Science, Automation courses
Work Experience:
Preferably with medical devices experience, but not required
Has relevant experience in process improvement for 3 years (preferably 5 years)
Preferred: with experience in AI, automation, smartscripts, coding
Required: Six sigma yellow belt (trained for green belt)
Preferred: Six sigma green belt
Knowledge: Root-cause-analysis, Lean methodologies, Corrective and Preventive actions, quality concepts
