Position: Customer Service Associate - Financial Account (Open for Undergraduate)

Work Schedule: Nightshift Schedule

Job Requirements:
✨Open for Senior High School Graduates and College Undergraduates
✨ With at least 2 years of experience in financial account or a background in asset and wealth management within a BPO company
✨Willing to work on a nightshift schedule
✨Open to work both sites (Taguig and/or Ortigas)
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Responding to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and financial products.
✨Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and providing solutions or alternative options.
✨Assisting with account openings, verifications, and updates.
✨Handling payments, withdrawals, and other account-related transactions.
✨Maintaining a strong understanding of financial products and services to effectively assist customers.
✨Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions
✨ Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
