Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to support our blended account operations. This role involves handling both voice and non-voice interactions, including phone calls, live chat, and email, to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels: phone, chat, and email.

Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Process orders, returns, and account-related transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.

Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred (training provided).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Comfortable navigating multiple systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and customer needs.

Working Conditions:

Office-based role in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.

Must be comfortable working across voice and non-voice platforms.
