Job Description
Assist in conducting market research to identify the audience preferences, competitors offerings and key opportunities for innovation
Develop materials including artwork and copy to be published on social media platforms.
Implements social media campaigns and contests.
Analyzes sales data and prepares weekly and monthly online sales reports
Acts as customer support by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints.
In-charge of the online store for Lazada and Shopee. Manage seller center(product listing, inventory, promotion, customer engagement)
