Job Description
The Online Sales Assistant supports customer engagement efforts by assisting with outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups. Maintains customer records, stays updated on product information, and helps monitor online sales trends. Provides basic support to ensure customer satisfaction and contributes to team initiatives.
DUTIES:
Sales Support:
Assists in implementing online sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Supports live selling events by coordinating logistics and engaging with customers.
Helps track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Engagement:
Responds to customer inquiries and provides product information.
Assists in handling basic customer concerns and escalating complex issues as needed.
Helps create an interactive and engaging shopping experience.
Database and Process Management:
Maintains and updates customer records to ensure data accuracy.
Supports order processing and ensures smooth transactions.
Product Knowledge:
Stays updated on product details, features, and promotions.
Assists in preparing materials to inform customers and the sales team about new products.
Market Research:
Monitors industry trends and competitor activities.
Provides insights to support the continuous improvement of online sales strategies.
Other Duties:
Performs additional tasks as assigned to support the online sales team.
Ranged Salary : Php19k, to Php22k
Work Location : BGC Taguig / Onsite / Full time / Day Shift
