-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
-Listen to customer concerns and complaints, providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary.
-Maintain a courteous and empathetic demeanor, ensuring customers feel heard and valued
-Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
-Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support or sales, to resolve complex issues
-Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to offer accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
-Stay updated on any changes to products, services, policies, or procedures.

Qualifications:

-College graduate
-At least 5 years BPO experience
-With 12 months and up Telco experience
-With good communication skills
-Willing to work in ON SITE in BGC, Taguig City
Salary:
₱52,000.00 Monthly
