Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records of all physical assets.
• Maintains transmittal files
• Conduct regular audits and physical inventory checks.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs of assets.
• Prepare and generate reports on asset status and inventory
• Assist in the procurement and disposal processes of assets
• Implement security measures to protect organizational assets
• Document all transactions involving assets and update records accordingly
• Monitoring and arranging the properties in the Bodega to maintain its cleanliness and security to ensure it is kept safe from getting lost and free from dirt or damage.
• Responsible for Bodega reports.
• And other related task that may assigned from time to time.
