Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing roles.
Oversee day to day sales, monitoring and forecasting of RMC, Asphalt, and RCPC.
Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Manage and coach the sales team-provide motivation and inspiration
Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnership that add value.
Develop and execute Go-to Market strategy.
Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on the top of the competition.
