Job Description

Qualifications
● Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Excel, in particular) or Google Workspace
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
● Administrative Support:
○ Answer and direct phone calls or emails, taking messages and providing
information as needed.
○ Maintain contact lists and customer databases on the Company Database.
○ Distribute internal correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
○ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
○ Maintain a filing system, both physical and electronic.
● Document Management:
○ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
○ Develop and maintain a filing system.
○ Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other
colleagues.
● Communication:
○ Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
○ Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
○ Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Working Conditions:
● 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, four (4) days a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday;
● One-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
● Non-air-conditioned Office
