Job Description
Education: High school diploma (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in an admin or office role.
Skills:

Responsibilities of Admin Assistant:
Office Support: Handle phone calls, greet visitors, manage office supplies, and file documents.
Scheduling: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel.
Communication: Draft emails, memos, and reports; respond to inquiries.
Document Management: Organize and maintain files and records.
Financial Admin: Process invoices and track office expenses.
Customer Service: Address client needs and provide assistance.
Project Support: Assist with research and special tasks as needed.
