Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the entire production process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality output. This role requires managing a team of machine operators, handling maintenance coordination, and working cross-functionally with procurement and technical departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise the production process and ensure productivity and efficiency
• Manage machine operators handling CTP platemaking and business forms printing
• Implement strategies to minimize downtime and maximize output
• Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate third-party repairs as needed
• Work closely with Procurement for consumables and maintenance supplies
• Collaborate with the Technical Department for product development initiatives
• Compile data, generate, and analyze production reports
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of work experience in the paper and printing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• SAP Business One experience is a plus
• Must be computer literate, organized, and hardworking
• Male applicants preferred due to role-specific requirements
SALARY: PHP 55,000 (negotiable)
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
