Job Description
Responsible for managing inventory data, pricing structures, terms of payment, and preparing profit and loss statements. Collaborates closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• Real estate experience is required
• 2–3 years experience in inventory and pricing management
• Knowledge in SAP, P&L preparation, and payment term computations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
Salary: To be discussed during interview
Work Schedule: Mon–Thurs 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
