JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Digital Sales to lead and expand our digital and e-commerce footprint across the Philippines. This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of our online sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our presence on major digital and e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in consumer electronics, appliances, and audio product categories, and should have a proven track record of success in digital sales and e-commerce operations on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other digital marketplaces.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in digital/e-commerce sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing and growing sales on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.
- Extensive experience in the consumer electronics, home appliances, and audio categories is required.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams at a director or senior leadership level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be results-driven, analytical, and highly adaptable to market changes.
- Experience working with established brands or multinational companies with strong product portfolios is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to work onsite near Arca South, Taguig City.
