Job Description
Responsible for overseeing daily sales operations and forecasting of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Asphalt, and RCPC. This role involves managing sales teams, setting strategies, cultivating client relationships, and identifying market trends to drive business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in managing sales operations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills
• Knowledge of construction materials (RMC, Asphalt, RCPC) is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-driven and results-oriented
