What You'll Do:
• Respond promptly to user inquiries via email, chat, and/or social media.
• Provide support with account setup, video uploads, content management, and monetization tools.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, including video playback, uploading, and account access.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document user feedback and report trends to help improve the product and support processes.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• At least 6 months sales experience
• Excellent communication skills - C1
• Amenable to work onsite either in Vertis North or Taguig
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php 30,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts , Dayshift, Nightshift
